Pastes for fine pastry are preparations for the flavouring of fine pastries, desserts, chocolates and fillings. You can either use dairy cream, as well as non-dairy cream or even buttercream. In 2016 we improved the quality of almost all our pastes to a clean label quality according to the following criteria:
no preservatives, no artifical colourants, no modified starch, no other additives (except E 330 citric acid*), only natural flavours and short ingredient lists.
