Candy bar, next level! With small, fine pastries in the most beautiful shapes and colours - presented as a ‘sweet table’ - sweet buffets are now becoming a highlight at parties of all kinds. With their first joint concept, Dreidoppel and IREKS present a variety of high-quality small pastries as a sociable alternative to the classic (wedding) cake.

The various basic recipes, which can be individually decorated and flavoured with Dreidoppel's flavours and pastry pastes, can be used to create a sumptuous variety with little effort. Whether elegant and festive or summery and casual: these ‘sweet tables’ are now a magnet for guests at weddings, birthdays or garden parties. The recipes range from cake pops and tea biscuits to coloured chocolates, tartelettes, cookies and cupcakes - individual indulgence for every occasion.

Fruity-sweet and 100% summer delight: Watermelon Paste


Hello Summer! Fruity, juicy, sweet and fresh, the unmistakable flavour of watermelon heralds the start of the summer season. The Watermelon Paste (art. no. 27860, 1 kg tin) now reliably brings this favourite flavour to cream, custards and fillings as well as to coatings and ice cream.

The production with 34% watermelon concentrate ensures the authentic, sweet and fruity flavour. At the same time, the confectionery paste gives a bright pink to red colour.

Nutty-sweet with a fine almond flavour: Marzipan Paste


Whether summer or winter: marzipan is a year-round treat! The new Marzipan Paste (art. no. 28510, 1 kg tin) gives all kinds of sweet creations a fine marzipan flavour, without any time-consuming softening.

The vegan, bake-stable paste without pieces contains 30 per cent marzipan and natural flavouring and impresses with its intense almond note. Combined with fruit, nuts and alcoholic notes, it adds a special flavour to versatile slices, cakes, pastries and fillings.
