Advice for personnel service providers

Dear recruitment agencies,

We primarily fill our vacancies ourselves, but appreciate your support and willingness to offer us suitable profiles for our vacancies.

Please note the following standardised procedure:

  1. Telephone contact: Before you send us profiles, please always contact the person named in the advert by telephone as a first step. This enables us to ensure that the profiles on offer match our current requirements.
     
  2. Profile submission: If you have suitable profiles, please upload them individually for the relevant job advertisement. Please state your availability and the hourly rate for temporary workers or the annual salary for recruitment agencies. We also ask for anonymised and informative documents.
     
  3. Name: Please use your contact details in the application form. For the candidate's name, however, please only enter the first name and the first letter of the surname.
     
  4. Feedback: If the profile is interesting, we will get back to you as soon as possible. If the profile does not match our requirements, you will not receive any further communication from us.
