Thanks to their many years of experience, the professionals from Langenfeld have developed a 50 g dairy base for a creamy, full-bodied flavour that can be re-staged again and again with numerous ice cream pastes and flavours.

There are many requirements for a perfect dairy ice cream. A full-bodied, creamy taste with the help of natural flavours is just as important as a matt appearance and a creamy consistency. It should also be easy to portion and create a warm mouthfeel without vegetable fat. The professionals at Gelatop have now combined all of this with their many years of experience in a 50 g base. The base is suitable for hot and cold use. This means that gelato makers now have a base for great variety in their dairy ice cream range. The numerous ice cream pastes and flavours make it easy to create a wide variety of dairy ice creams.
