We train in these professions every year:

 

>> Industrial Management Assistant (m/f/d)

Administrative all-rounder

Industrial management assistants are the administrative all-rounders. By working in different departments of our company, you will not only learn about the different tasks, but also how they are related to each other. The ideal basis for a varied career!

Training contents:

  • Marketing and sales
  • Purchasing and stock management
  • Human Resources Management
  • Service delivery
  • Accounting

The basics of environmental protection, health and safety at work are also taught.

Requirements:

  • Higher commercial school or A-levels
  • At least good grades in German, Maths and English
  • Interest in office work
  • Quick comprehension, reliability and willingness to work hard
  • Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team

What you can expect:

  • Vocational school lessons at the vocational school in Leverkusen-Opladen (2x/week)
  • Understanding the interrelationships within the company
  • Preparation for intermediate and final examinations

>> Specialists in Food Technology (m/f/d)

This is where quality and technology meet!

As a food technology specialist, you will make an important contribution to the quality of our products! In our state-of-the-art production facilities, you will learn about production processes, machine operation and maintenance, and a variety of hygiene and quality measures – variety is guaranteed!

Training contents:

  • Production e.g. provision and processing of raw materials, auxiliary materials and semi-finished products, or cleaning, maintenance and servicing of equipment, machinery and plant.
  • Quality management e.g. health and safety at work and legal requirements
  • Technology e.g. order taking, work planning and organization

The basics of environmental protection, health and safety at work are also taught.

Requirements:

  • Good secondary school leaving certificate or intermediate school leaving certificate
  • At least satisfactory grades in German, Maths and Science
  • Interest in practical work, technology and processes
  • Good comprehension, reliability and willingness to work hard
  • Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team

What you can expect:

  • Vocational school in block instruction at the ZDS in Solingen
  • Control of production processes
  • Knowledge and implementation of hygiene measures
  • Preparation for intermediate and final examinations

  • Possibility of permanent employment on successful completion of training

Duration of training:

Looking for apprentices on the spot: For example, we visit the Berufsorientierungsbörse (BOB) in Langenfeld or present our apprenticeships at schools.

Training courses
